Mamerto Tindongan has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong since 1999. He teaches the Short (simplified 24) and Long (108) Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. He also teaches a few Qigong forms including, Tiger Mountain and Shamanic Tiger Qigong.
Tindongan teaches at Hocking College, Athens Recreation Center, and gives private lessons at the Unitarian Fellowship of Athens.
Tai Chi Chuan and Qiqong originated in China thousands of years ago. They are relaxing forms of exercise that can develop your internal power for health and/or martial arts. These forms are beneficial for all ages.

Classes at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Athens, 184 Longview Heights, Athens, Ohio, is held every Wednesdays. Beginners' class is from 4:30 to 5:30 PM. Advance and intermediate is from 5:40 to 6:40 PM.
Fee:
A minimum donation of $7 per class is appreciated. If you like to make commitment to yourself, you may pay $60 for 9 classes at a time. Otherwise, just pay per class and progress according to your learning ability.
